Maybe I watch too much Sex And The City, but maybe not. I just truly feel that love has no age, no aim, no condom, no care. Meaning, I believe you can’t help who you love. You can choose who you like, but love? That’s no game. Listening to your friends try to convince you who not to love is annoying. (If you’re the friend, especially if you’re single, just shut the f*ck up!) Especially since saying and doing are two totally different things and are easier said than done. I’ll listen to a friend, give my opinion, but not advice. At the end of the day, that’s your friend’s decision and you shouldn’t do anything to try to alter it. Love your friend no matter what, because in the end if he does break her heart, you’ll be there to pick up the pieces since friendship is supposed to be unbreakable. Love is blind. That’s why going a few days without seeing the person you love helps your relationship. I always say “I’m here when you need me, away for you to miss me.” If I’m with you all day every day, how do I know what missing you is? Once you love someone enough, you’ll do anything stupid or smart since you’re acting off your heart and not your brain. Love is a gift and a curse. Love hurts, but what doesn’t? In my opinion (that we are all entitled to), love yourself before you try to love the opposite sex, and make sure you love yourself more. From experience, it takes some of the pain away!

With that being said, look at this way: if noone is hating on you, then you’re doing something wrong.

You can’t expect everyone to like you. This is a cold word, so you should keep the mink on throughout all seasons. Try not to create your own haters though by talking behind others’ backs or being rude and mean. Simply achieve success and the haters will follow. Haters seem to stem from jealousy. Hate is a strong word. I believe to actually use the word hate, you would have had to love that person at some point.

Don’t worry about your haters. They should only encourage you to keep doing better. Its the ones closest to you that you should be worried about…
